Thanks to our member, the Law firm White & Case,we updated the "overview of laws", a part of our Directory. The process concerns 22 countries including several ones particularly important in terms of Financial Participation. In preparing the country summaries for global equity based compensation plans, W.& C. has attempted to provide, for guidance only, and not as legal advice, the most up-to-date information available on relevant law and practice in each country.
